Where do you get your ideas from?
Fairytales….joke, I get my ideas from the quote living the dream, you kind of think of what people really want or strive for and tailor an event around something that people would love to do or be a part of.
What other promoters or venues do you get inspiration from?
Actually my buddy John Keenan, owner of RedCarpetWorcester.com, and Greg Avila GSJ Productions they throw down some of the sickest nights you will ever see.
What do you like about your job?
You get to meet some wild people, see a lot of new places, see how and what works well for marketing projects.
What do you dislike about your job?
Long hours, fast food, lots of alcohol= more time at the gym working it all off= more tired…ha-ha
Why do you believe so many people are trying to become promoters?
All people see is that someone’s being paid to party…and they want in on that, but there is a lot of hard work, and money involved in promoting.
What is something about promotions that the public doesn’t know?
That sometimes promoters take on a lot of risk at their event…say you book some Hollywood star for $12,000 for the 3 hours he/she will be at your venue, if it’s a fluke and no one shows up… your responsible for paying for this star to be there. Luckily that hasn’t happened to me…lol
What makes you successful?
I am a people person I like talking to people and meeting new people, you learn a lot from them, and it helps you become more successful in the long run because you get a lot of positive and negative feedback in a good way from people.
Who are some of your competitors that do a good job or that you respect?
Everyone in the industry is a competitor, but I have to say my buddy that I grew up racing motocross with that promotes out of Providence Rhode Island Mike Furia owner of Citylife.
Who would you like to see come to Worcester?
People will see soon enough (Evil Smile)
What are your thoughts on possibly changing the license time for clubs to 3 am in Worcester?
Amazing , but at the same time it’s going to be hard staying up even later, and trying to wake up the next day ha-ha
How would you increase Worcester nightlife?
Just wait …..
What makes your job tough?
Long hours, no sleep, being friends with people you may not even like it’s a hard job but someone’s gotta do it …right?
What advice would you give to someone looking to get into the field of promotions?
Get sponsored by Red Bull or Monster, and have a case locked and loaded and ready for the night!

I only have about 1000 friends, it’s good to have a lot of friends, but at the same time you want it to be somewhat personal still and not just like spam.
What venues do you promote at and what do you like about each venue?
Wednesdays at Square One Sports Bar, This venue has amazing all you can eat wings till around 11pm and then turns into one of the hottest bars in Worcester. Fridays at Fusion Night Club, the best place to be on a Friday in Worcester hottest bartenders, hottest crowd.
